SENCo

Jo Harris
SENCo Assistant

Jo assists the SENCo to assess children and plan in support. She works closely with speech and language therapy team to arrange reviews and therapy sessions during the school day. Jo also liases with our designated Mental Health Support Consultant.

Stacey Ring
Family Support Worker

Stacey is ELSA trained and supports pupil in school with their emotional well-being. She also works closely with families to support them to meet their children’s needs.

Dean Smith
Inclusion Mentor

Dean supports pupils to manage their feelings and how they relate to others. He will also support parents to promote positive behaviour at home. Dean is a qualified Team Teach trainer.

Nicky Kirk
Specialist TA for Speech & Language

Nicky works closely with speech and language therapists to support the delivery of programmes created for children with speech difficulties across the whole school.

As part of our team we also have teaching assistants assigned to year groups who support interventions for SEND pupils.  All our teaching assistants receive regular training, including curriculum updates, Team Teach and First Aid.
