Ofsted and Performance Data

Please find below our most recent Ofsted reports and relevant information from the Department for Education Performance Tables.

We are proud to be a good school and 100% of parents strongly agree or agree that their child enjoys being at Monks Abbey (2009 Ofsted report). The opening paragraph of the 2009 report states that:

"Monks Abbey is a good school that serves its community well. The school's positive ethos offers a warm and welcoming environment so pupils feel safe and valued. It promotes harmonious relations between its diverse social and cultural groups; pupils respect and support each other sensitively and kindly. Those who join from other schools speak favourably about how the school cares for them and helps them to learn. As one pupil said, "Everyone is different but special, that's why I like it here."
